#359 :: This Mintabie crystal, world class opal has been out of the ground for almost 20 years. The Mintabie mine is now depleted and this quality of opal is irreplaceable. Beautifully polished and ready to make a stunning pendant or just as a fabulous piece to have. Measures 37.5 x 26 x 10 mm, weight 53.45 carats at $350.00 per carat for a total of $18,707.50  The top pic's were taken in natural sunlight Cannon G2 macro no flash.  Bottom pic's were taken under 25 watt light in my display case with out any other light on.  This is really fantastic crystal.  I've only seen a couple of shells that compared with this quality and they were much smaller and thier price per carat was much higher.  This is genuine quality crystal from Old Field and it's truely a stunning piece.  Investment grade!
